SMS TERMS & CONDITIONS

These SMS Terms & Conditions apply to the text messaging program operated by Commonwealth Court Reporters LLC ("CCR Depos," "we," "us," or "our") through ccrdepos.com.
PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
The CCR Depos SMS program sends text messages to court reporters and other professionals who sign up to accept jobs from CCR Depos. Messages include job offers, scheduling and job confirmations, reminders, and reporter dispatch notices. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.
CONSENT
By signing up to accept jobs from CCR Depos and providing your mobile phone number, you agree to receive recurring text messages from us related to your assignments. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
MESSAGE FREQUENCY
Message frequency varies based on your assignments and scheduling activity.
COST
Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your plan.
HOW TO OPT OUT
You can cancel the SMS program at any time. Reply STOP to any message from us. After you send STOP, you will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive text messages from us. If you want to rejoin, sign up again through ccrdepos.com or contact us.

CARRIER DISCLAIMER
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your carrier and device and is not guaranteed.
ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder of the mobile phone number you provide, or have the account holder's permission, to participate in the program.
PRIVACY

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these SMS Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
